Kathryn Roche is the owner of Hive Workplace Consulting, a Workplace Strategy and Change Management Consulting firm. She is specializing in real estate master planning for corporations to build Hybrid workplaces. Kathryn has lead various projects, including the design master-planning of corporate campuses, corporate Headquarters, disaster recovery, data centre design, call centre master planning, art centers, TV/Radio Design, and the application and the study user parametrics. With over 20 years of spatial design, change management and workplace strategy experience, Kathryn’s practice has focused on data-driven analytics to build human-centred environments. Kathryn has lead numerous strategic workplace and real estate planning initiatives for C-suite executive teams. Key accomplishments have emphasized co-designing with organizations of various user groups on an array of spaces/buildings.

Kathryn’s passion is to create built environments that serve the organizational strategy and enhance employee experience, cooperation, sense of belonging, knowledge sharing, and innovation for companies across all sectors.

Education

Kathryn’s education includes a Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of Manitoba, and a Graduate Masters Diploma in Innovation and Strategy from Oxford SAID Business School (2017).
