Background

Rhonda McCleary is an experienced workplace strategist and project management consultant who works with clients and data to understand the spatial DNA of organizations. Rhonda takes pride in telling stories through illustrating data in meaningful ways. Her role allows her to dig deep into how people ‘feel’ about space and compare it to how they actually ‘use’ the space.

Experience

Rhonda has more than 15 years experience in a variety of workplace roles across a number of industries including, telecommunications, higher education, and government.

With a keen eye for detail and a love of mathematics, Rhonda is able to deconstruct space, to the elements that enable us to compare the data with the ideal employee mobility. Together with the Hive team, she constructs possible hybrid scenarios, for ‘right sizing’ and then illustrates the data in test fits for our clients to critique.

Education

Rhonda, is an avid learner, with a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Calgary, and a diploma in Architectural Technology from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
